Lot: 102 Blue and White Phoenix Meiping Vase with a Xuande Mark A high shoulder vase with fine tapering to the foot, below the cinched neck the body is painted in blue underglaze and decorated with a pair of phoenixes amongst clouds, lotus flowers, and foliage. A band of decorative lotus is seen below classic scrolls at the shoulder. A key-fret border embellishes a band of upright leaves encircling the foot.
