Lot : 195 Blue and White Dragon Moon Flask The flask has a circular body with a flat base and a cylindrical neck slightly flaring at the mouth with a band of ruyi heads. The vessel is painted on both sides in blue underglaze and depicts a five-clawed dragon coiling around a flaming pearl amongst scrolling clouds and flames. The sides are adorned with a pair of handles and decorated with bats and scrolling clouds, all between splashing waves on the base and bats at the neck.
