Lot: 144 Rare Red-Enameled Dragon Vase Tianqiuping with a Qianlong Mark Painted in red enamel overall with superb carving imitating the cinnabar lacquer tradition, this graceful globular body rises to a tall cylindrical slight-flaring neck. The vessel is beautifully decorated with three writhing five-clawed dragons amongst flames and above crashing waves. The body features a front-facing dragon on one side and a dragon with a flaming pearl on the other, and yet another dragon with the flaming pearl.
